A retainer deposit fee of 30% of the total retained fee is due upon commencement of the assignment and not refundable. No fee will be charged for the shortlist and presentation of a minimum of 3 candidates.

A completion fee of 70% (adjusted according to differences between estimated and actual remuneration package), is payable 30 days after an Applicant commences employment with the Client.

Retained Assignment Services:

We interview the client to establish the full job and candidate profile, and to understand company culture. After that we research competitors / marketplace and compile list of ‘target’ companies, then meet / discuss with Client to narrow this list down. From the shortlist we identify potential candidates within the listed companies, then approach them to ascertain their interest in a career opportunity.

We then advertise the position on relevant networks, research existing databases, conduct in-depth telephone interviews, check the provided references, and eventually arrange interviews with the potential shortlisted candidates, after which we arrange another meeting with the client and the candidates to brief and debrief each. We close and negotiate a suitable package and start date with the client.
