This position is central to a national initiative designed to modernise and digitise crucial government systems; specifically relating to trade, customs, and logistics. It’s an opportunity to lead one of the flagship digital transformation programmes in Costa Rica, directly influencing how public institutions deliver services, enhance transparency, and support economic growth.
Core Responsibilities
As the Project Manager/Director, you’ll be tasked with:

Leading full project lifecycles from planning and execution to monitoring, reporting, and closure.

Applying international best-practice project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) to ensure disciplined governance and consistent delivery.

Coordinating complex implementation of information systems and process redesign initiatives within government agencies.
