Director of Project Management – Remote (USA – PST)
About the Company:
Our client is a fast-growing financial and medical liens company. They are quickly becoming a leader in the space known for high ethical standards, clearly defined terms, and fair repayment for personal injury victims. The client provides law firms a trusted source to refer their clients and buy them time to get the award amounts their clients deserve.
They have two service offerings:
- Plaintiff Cash Funding: We provide money upfront to clients who are hurt due to an accident, instead of having to wait for their legal case to settle. We take pride in helping our community by keeping our injured clients financially afloat during difficult times due to an accident that was not their fault.
- Doctors and Surgery Centres on Lien: We have a network of doctors, surgery centres and hospitals that treat personal injury victims on lien. We provide the funding for surgery centres and hospital fees. We also assist with doctor scheduling and coordinating client medical care.
About the Role:
This is a remote position, where you would be living and working outside the United States from your own home. We offer training for all our job duties. You will not be an employee of High Rise Financial as you will be living and working in your native country, outside of the United States.
Responsibilities:
As Director of Project Management, your responsibilities will encompass leadership of project management functions, cross-functional execution, and hands-on oversight of a wide range of operational initiatives:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for all project management functions, ensuring priorities are aligned and projects support overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage a small, high-impact team, including SEO specialists, project managers, and an executive assistant driving accountability and consistent delivery.
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate projects and tasks across the organization to ensure key initiatives are executed efficiently and goals are achieved.
- Own a wide range of projects and responsibilities across the organization, including cross-functional initiatives, operational priorities, hiring efforts, process improvements, and high-priority ad hoc work.
- Oversee all SEO efforts for the company website, ensuring work is properly prioritized, executed effectively, and aligned with business goals.
- Work closely with the CEO to translate priorities into actionable plans and ensure follow-through, partnering with the Executive Assistant on both business and occasional personal tasks.
- Provide regular project updates and reporting, ensuring transparency and clear communication across stakeholders.
- Apply and enforce best practices, tools, and standards to drive efficient and effective project execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks early and adjusting keep initiatives on track.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and continuously improve workflows, ensuring deliverables meet high standards while increasing team efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role with direct people management
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred but not required)
- PMP Certification: Preferred, not required (But a HUGE plus)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- English fluency: Must be able to speak and write in English fluently and clearly.

- Your own computer (with a camera), and consent to install computer monitoring software as part of company policy.
