Does CA Finance charge candidates a fee?
No. CA Finance does not charge candidates for recruitment services. In many regions, including South Africa, this is illegal.
What happens if a candidate presented by CA Finance is already known to the client?
If a client has had recent communication with a candidate and already possesses their CV before CA Finance submits them, no placement fee applies. These conditions are clearly outlined in our Terms of Business.
Does CA Finance headhunt from existing clients?
No. We do not poach candidates from active clients.
We only work with candidates who apply to us, are on our database, or are independently referred.
